5. Shipping & Delivery

 Delivery timelines provided on the Website are estimates only. Maison Bilal El Dana shall not be liable for delays caused by production timelines, customs clearance, force majeure, or third-party carriers.

Once an order has been dispatched, risk and responsibility pass to the customer. Any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the handcrafted and bespoke nature of our creations, all sales are final.

Returns and refunds are not accepted except in limited circumstances as outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

 

 7. Intellectual Property

 All content on the Website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, logos, trademarks, and product designs, is the exclusive property of Bilal El Dana and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
