Each creation from our collections is meticulously designed and crafted by hand with the utmost care, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. Due to the delicate nature of our garments and the craftsmanship involved, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
Shipping
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all online orders.
Delivery Timeline
Each piece is carefully prepared and requires 20 to 60 business days for delivery, as it is crafted and finished with precision and care.
Import Duties & Taxes
Please note that import duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country of residence. These charges are not included in our complimentary shipping offer and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damages During Shipping
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of both the damaged packaging and the item. Each case will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable shipping insurance policies.
Returns
Due to the bespoke nature of our designs and the craftsmanship involved, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selected at checkout
- Color or style variations due to individual screen or monitor settings
Custom Orders
For custom-made, made-to-measure, or altered pieces, customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all measurements and final design approvals. Returns are not accepted for custom orders.
Exchanges (Exceptional Cases Only)
While we maintain a strict no-return policy, exchanges may be considered exclusively under the following circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects
Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via WhatsApp. Items will be inspected, and approval will be confirmed once verified.
Incorrect Delivery
If the item received differs from the original order placed.
Exchange Conditions
- Exchanges are permitted only once per order
- Exchanges are limited to the same design only
- Exchanges for different colors, styles, made-to-measure, or pre-ordered items are not accepted
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all labels, tags, and packaging
Exchanges may also be facilitated in-boutique, upon presentation of the delivery documentation and invoice.

Refunds
Given the handcrafted and limited nature of our creations, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All purchases made through our website are considered final sale, including custom-made and ready-to-wear items.
