garments and the craftsmanship involved in creating each design, we maintain
a strict no return and no refund policy.

All Sales Are Final

Please note that all purchases made through our website are final sale. We do
not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances,
including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing ordered
  • Colour or style variations due to individual monitor settings

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our highquality standards. If you have questions about fabric, sizing, or fit prior to
purchase, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer care team for

Damages During Shipping

In the rare event your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us
within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged packaging
and product. Our team will assess each case individually to resolve it in
accordance with shipping insurance policies.

Custom Orders

For custom-made or altered pieces, please ensure all provided measurements
and design approvals are accurate, as we do not accept returns or refunds for
custom work.
