Each of our creations is meticulously crafted by hand, making every garment a singular work of art. Given the bespoke nature and exceptional craftsmanship involved, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges may be considered solely under the following circumstances:
Manufacturing Defects: Any issues must be reported immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours maximum) through WhatsApp. Items will be thoroughly inspected before exchanging and approval will be confirmed via WhatsApp once verified.
Incorrect Delivery: If the item received differs from your original order.

Exchanges are allowed only once per order and limited to exchanging the same design. We regret that exchanges for different colors, styles, or made-to-measure and pre-ordered items cannot be accommodated.
To qualify for exchange, items must be returned in the same condition—unworn, unwashed, and complete with original labels, tags, and packaging. Exchanges can also be facilitated directly at our boutique by presenting your delivery documentation and invoice.

Please note that due to the bespoke nature of this piece, which is custom-made and prepared with meticulous care, delivery requires 15 to 25 business days.

Import duties, taxes, and any additional fees imposed by your country’s customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in our complimentary shipping offer and are beyond our control.

By placing an order and completing payment, you accept these shipping terms and agree to handle any import duties or taxes applicable upon delivery. As such, shipments cannot be refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or taxes.
